Yourpot user agreement
This agreement is concluded between yourpot.com site user and the company owning the site and comes into force from the moment of user registration for the whole period of usage services provided. Given agreement can be broken by each party in one-sided manner at any moment. In this case all user private information will be deleted from the site.
Site administration bears no responsibility for user statements, behavior and distribution of any digital information on public site resources.
Site and all its facilities usage are free of charge. Site administration reserves to itself the opportunity to activate chargeable services.
The site does not provide any services anyhow related with gambling games or totalizators. Users younger than 18-years old can use the site facilities.
Concluding given agreement the user is obliged to:
- Follow the site service usage conditions and rules
- Fly right in communication with other site users
- Not to transfer private information (identification data as well) to the third party
The user is forbidden to:
- Provide in public use digital information which is prohibited by Russian current legislation
- Threaten, disapprovingly express oneself about other site users
- Provide foul language, racist, confessional, sex and social abuse-based information in public use
- Crack, analyze and use the site software
- Place site-belonging materials on the third party sites without site owners’ permission.
In case of rules violation the site administration can break given agreement for a period of time or once and for all. Having concluded given agreement user transfers all rights on digital objects created with his help, such as forum messages etc. to the site owners.
Chess service usage rules
Concluding given agreement the user is obliged:
- Not to use analytical and game program help while playing chess
- Not to use dummy users to raise rating
- Not to come within existing chess rules and special additions – Changes in official classic chess rules
Site administration is obliged to:
- Correct any failures discovered while using the service
- Keep secret users’ private information
- Keep breach of given agreement and take immediate measures
- Enlarge, modernize and improve services provided
Given agreement can be changed by site administration. Last modification date July 16-th, 2007.
